Terms & Conditions
- All rental boats are equipped with the mandatory safety equipment. Alcohol is not permitted on the water as per Ontario Law.
- Delivery available at a rate of $120/hr round trip.
- Reservations must be secured with a 25% deposit at time of booking and upon reception of a fully completed Rental Reservation Form found on our Rental Page.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are non refundable.
- Total rental balance is due 1 business day before the rental start date and will be charged to the credit card provided for reservations.
- Minimum rental age is 24. All operations must have valid Driver Licence.
- We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions. Sorry, no rain checks.
- All rental prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- Pricing and availability subject to change without notice.
- Vessel must be returned with full tank of gas. Marine Plaza will fill the tank for a fee of $2.00/L + a flat fee of $25/tank.
- Primary renter (Credit Card Holder) & any operators must be present at operation explanation.
