Terms & Conditions

1. All rental boats are equipped with the mandatory safety equipment. Alcohol is not permitted on the water as per Ontario Law.
2. Delivery available at a rate of $125/hr round trip.
3. Reservations must be secured with a 25% deposit at time of booking and upon reception of a fully completed Rental Reservation Form found on our Rental Page.
4. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice are non refundable.
5. Total rental balance is due 1 business day before the rental start date and will be charged to the credit card provided for reservations.
6. Minimum rental age is 24. All operations must have valid Driver Licence.
7. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions. Sorry, no rain checks.
8. All rental prices are subject to applicable taxes.
9. Pricing and availability subject to change without notice.
10. Vessel must be returned with full tank of gas. Marine Plaza will fill the tank for a fee of $2.00/L + a flat fee of $25/tank.
11. Primary renter (Credit Card Holder) & any operators must be present at operation explanation.
